Pure Gelatin comes from cows that graze on natural pastures year-round. The product is completely odorless and tasteless, making it easy to integrate into many different types of contexts.
With its fantastic properties of creating lovely textures, it excels in your dishes, desserts, pastries and other creations in the kitchen where texture is important.
Use it in soups, bone broth and sauces as a natural protein boost. It is of course excellent in baked goods like panna cotta, mousse and for making your own jelly sweets.
The product does not dissolve in cold water and needs to be heated to dissolve completely. When heated, it will form a gel unlike Clean Collagen which does not.
Gelatin has an amino acid profile similar to collagen with a high content of glycine, glutamine, proline and hydroxyproline.
How do I use Pure Gelatin?
Recommended dosage is 1-2 tablespoons/day. When trying to achieve a desired consistency in something, you need to experiment with how much gelatin you need, depending entirely on what you are cooking.
Use Pure Gelatin to create excellent consistency in your desserts, pastries and dishes such as panna cotta, jelly sweets, sauces, soups and stews.
