Dosage

1-2 capsules, every morning and every evening. Take them with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple biobooster recommended below: 1 or ½ tsp organic ghee 1 or ½ glass of warm organic milk (almond/soy milk is equally good) 1 tsp jaggery or cane sugar. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women without consulting a doctor.

Description

Triphala clears the body of toxins and activates digestion and gut health.

It contains three fruits, Amalaki (Indian gooseberry), Vibhitaki and Haritaki. The blend also contains the world’s richest source of vitamin C, the fruit Amalaki or Indian Gooseberry. Triphala is tridoshic which means that all doshas can take it.

Content per capsule: 160mg Amalaki / Emblica officinalis 160mg Vibhitaki / Terminalia belerica 160mg Haritaki / Terminalia chebula Vegetable cellulose (the capsule) 100% Organic content.
