Tea from Paraguay, 12g

Makes 3 liters of tea, enough for 2 glasses per day for 7 days.

1. Take a heaped tablespoon (4 grams) of the tea and add it to 1 liter of boiling water.
2. Simmer over low heat for 12 minutes.
3. Stir occasionally.
4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the tea steep for 10 minutes, covered.
5. Strain the tea through a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter.

Store the tea in a clean jug or glass jar.

Try drinking 2 cups of tea per day for 3 weeks.
