We start with a complete frequency-based Whole Body Reading where we give extra attention to the gut-brain axis. You will receive a clear overview of your body’s frequency state as well as initial coaching guidance on what you can do at home to optimize your brain health*. Together, we will create a customized protocol that you then apply at home for 6-8 weeks before we meet again for Visit 1.
