By boiling bovine bone marrow, a product of the highest quality is obtained, containing approximately 80% collagen types I, II, III, IV and V. The product also contains traces of collagen types VI and IX. Once the broth has been cooked, the liquid is mixed with a small amount of sunflower lecithin to make the powder easily soluble and then spray-dried into a powder. The bone marrow used for the product comes from Swedish grass-fed cows.
