Bach therapy
– emotional balance with the essence of flowers
Bach flower therapy is a holistic method developed in the 1930s by British physician Dr. Edward Bach. He started from the idea that our emotions affect our well-being, and that emotional imbalances can be reflected in how we feel in everyday life. To address this, he created a system of 38 flower essences, each linked to different emotional states such as anxiety, uncertainty, depression or lack of focus.
We use Metatron readings to support the process. Using this technique, we get a picture of which emotional patterns may be affecting your body right now. Based on the reading, we put together a personal Bach remedy – a blend of flower essences completely tailored to your current needs.
A treatment with Bach flower essences is gentle, non-invasive and can be used as a complement to other care and self-care. The essence is taken in small doses, usually four times daily, and is experienced by many as an aid to reflection, self-awareness and emotional balance.
It is important to emphasize that Bach therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose or treat diseases. In the event of medical problems or diagnoses, you should always follow your doctor’s prescription.
