The GDPR says that sensitive personal data cannot be emailed because email is as transparent as a postcard.

Therefore, if you are answering a customer’s question, delete all text from customer and write what you want from the start.

Be general when writing and do NOT refer to the customer’s health problems.

Here is an example of a response to a client who asked about HPV, parasites and cell changes:

Hi Anna!

If the card reader has lost power or the access point has restarted, the card reader will receive a new IP address.
You may need to type the new IP address into the iPad.
Proceed as follows:

On card readers HELSINGBORG

1. press PIN 4315 on the card reader.

2. Under the heading GSA Server is the IP number.
(do not include the numbers after the :colon sign, it is the port number)

On iPad HELSINGBORG

3. tap the menu bar in the top left corner of the FLO POS app

4. tap on Settings

5. tap on Card payment

6. press IP address and enter the new address on the card reader (e.g. 192.168.1.104)

TV

Check if the TV has power.
Is the cable connected to the wall socket?

Check if the remote control works by pressing the POWER button.
If this does not work – replace the battery in the remote control.

Check that the TV is switched on – see above

Check that the TV is set to HDMI1 by pressing Select input on the TV’s remote control

HELSINGBORG: Check that the HDMI switch is powered – a USB connection going into the HDMI switch under the desk

HELSINGBORG: Check that HDMI cable from computer to HDMI switch is connected

HELSINGBORG: Check that HDMI cable from HDMI switch to TV is connected

Metatron

Is the Metatron device connected to the computer with a USB cable?

Are the lights of the Metatron shining?

STOCKHOLM: Make sure Metatron is turned on in the Sign app.

HELSINGBORG: Otherwise, connect power and turn on the switch at the back.

Restart your computer

Check that the client has the inductors tightly on the head

Check that the client is not carrying energy objects, including electronics

Ask the client to put their feet on the ground to get a grounding point for the body

Make sure that you have not placed any electromagnetic disturbance source near the Metatron or the inductors

Make sure the headset is connected to the BLUE port on the back of Metatron

Restart your computer
